Maintenance Technician

Twelve-month, full-time Maintenance Technician position available immediately.  The Maintenance Technician will provide campus-wide maintenance to all buildings to ensure safe, functional, and healthy environment for students, faculty, and staff.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.  Preference will be given to candidates with a strong electrical/mechanical background.  Essential Functions include:  maintain all HVAC roof top units; maintain all electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and emergency equipment including but not limited to lighting, boilers, refrigeration and generators; and maintain and operate snow plow/removal, maintenance, grounds care, and custodial equipment.  A valid PA drivers license, Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Report, Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Certification, FBI Criminal Background Check and completion of an online Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training are required.
