Centre Hills Country Club is looking for a motivated team player to fill the position of Golf Course Mechanic. The position will require a strong background in small engine repairs, diesel repairs, hydraulic operations, electrical troubleshooting, the ability to diagnose & perform repairs on golf course equipment. This position will require the knowledge and skills to adhere to a strict preventative maintenance program, organization and thorough record keeping. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to learn proper mower set up and real/bedknife grinding with our new Peerless SIP 7000 grinder. We presently have a new fleet of leased equipment from Toro that we replace every 4 years. The successful candidate will also have an opportunity to attend Toro fleet training in Minnesota at Toro’s headquarters.
This is a year-round full-time position with working hours M-F 6:00 a.m.- 2:30 P.M. With some weekends required for club events.
