HVAC Maintenance Technician
This is a unique role that will leverage your strengths in residential HVAC & General Maintenance.  Each day will be different, you may work one day on HVAC systems and another day on Plumbing or Electrical maintenance.
Respond quickly and courteously to service requests; troubleshoot and take the appropriate action to repair and/or restore service within the quality and time standards established
Regularly interact with customers, communicate thoughts, and provide customer service
Prioritize and manage your daily workload to ensure successful completion of work requests
Manage work requests via company provided mobile tablet; receive & update work requests, input comments within work request, take photos/video and upload to work request
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
Work within a collaborative team environment and often perform work independently
Technical Qualifications
Installations: Installing or replacing air conditioning units, mini-splits, roof-top units, condensing units or heat pumps.
HVAC Systems: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC Systems: Heat Pumps, Indoor/Outdoor units, Central Air, and Wall Units.  Boiler systems and Hot Air furnaces a plus.
HVAC Service & Repair: Change filters, clean coils, check refrigerant pressure, repair piping and connections, capacitors, circulator pumps, compressors, fuses, thermostats, etc.
Electrical: Install, replace, maintain, or repair receptacles, light switches, light fixtures, washers/dryers, refrigerators, stoves, range hoods, and hot water heaters, etc.
Gas: (Experience a Plus) Install, replace, maintain, or repair washers/dryers, refrigerators, stoves, & water heaters, etc.
Plumbing: Install, replace, maintain, or repair toilets, tub/sink faucets, tub/sink drain lines, solder copper pipe, pex water lines, PVC/CPVC pipes, sewer lines, and hot water heaters, etc.
Requirements & Qualifications
2-4 years of HVAC experience
HVAC certification
Type 2 EPA Certification
Driver’s License
Reliable vehicle
Ability to lift materials greater than 50 pounds
Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time
Background Check and Drug Testing
Hourly rate is $24-$27 (depending on experience)
