Alicia Kitchen

Alicia Kitchen was born and raised in the area and attended the Bald Eagle Area High School.  She always had a passion for the art of beautification as she grew up with her mother as a Licensed Cosmetologist.  After high school, Alicia attended South Hills School of Business and Technology and earned her Associate Degree in Specialized Business.  After working in the construction industry for 6 years, she decided to finally go after her dream of being in the beauty industry!

Alicia attended the CPI Adult Cosmetology program as well as the Teachers program.  She went on to be a freelance makeup artist for a photographer, as well as work at Holiday Hair where she was quickly promoted to Salon Manager.  It was a year after becoming Salon Manager, that the opportunity to share her passion with others presented itself at CPI!

Along with teaching, Alicia owns a local salon/spa.  In her free time, she loves to spend time with her 2 dogs, husband, and family.  She loves playing with and spoiling her nieces and nephew, and always has a book to read.
