Welcome to the CPI Course Catalog page.

CPI’s Continuing Education courses, including BCTE-Approved Programs, are now available for online enrollment, registration and secure credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa and Discover) through our encrypted, secure servers! To find your desired course, students can either look under the appropriate category (below) or perform a key word search (above).

For your convenience, student contact and/or payment information can now be saved for easy retrieval – or you can choose to enter your information each time you sign-up to take a class with us – whichever works best for you!

Prefer to register and enroll the old-fashioned way? Students (…or companies registering on behalf of students) can still register by mail, phone, fax, or in person – CPI has just added another convenient option for students interested in continuing their education.

We hope that you enjoy the convenience of our new secure online catalog; and thank you for your interest in CPI!

Frequently Asked Questions

Each class has a limited number of spaces available, so we recommend that you register early. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you enrolled and paid through our web-based catalog and enrollment system, you will receive an email confirmation of your enrollment status. If you enroll in person at CPI, Adult Education staff can let you know immediately if you have a space in class. If you enrolled through the webbased system but chose not to pay online, please check with Adult Education (814) 359-2793 regarding your enrollment status. Initial payment and/or payment arrangements must be made prior to the start of your class.

No – while most of our courses run as scheduled, not all courses run each semester. This is primarily due to CPI not achieving a minimum number of enrolled students to run the class. CPI does not cash checks or charge student credit cards until after the scheduled course starts. If a class must be cancelled, we will contact all students at least 5 days prior to the start of the class.

As mentioned above, it is possible that your scheduled class will be cancelled. Adult education staff will contact you if a class is cancelled and you will not be charged for the class.

Start dates and times are usually posted in the course catalog (online catalog, electronic pdf copy, and hard copy). If a start date and time is not posted, please contact Adult Education at (814) 359-2793 for information on start dates and times.

On occasion we may be required to cancel classes due to inclement weather. If the school is closed for the day or closes early due to weather conditions, the Adult Education classes will be cancelled as well. If you are unsure whether classes will be running, please call the Adult Education office at (814) 359-2793 or (877) 968-7388.

In an emergency situation, you can call (814) 359-2793 and follow the directions for reaching a staff person in the building (dial 3 0 0).

Please contact June Irwin, Adult Education Coordinator at (814) 359-2793 x 207 or Todd Taylor, Director of Adult and Post-Secondary Education at (814) 359-2793 x 217. The Adult Education office hours are M – F, 8:00AM – 4:00PM.
